One of the ugliest of all creatures Urisks are outcasts from the fairy world. Appearing as rotting corpeses they wonder the world always alone. For they have been cursed so that any living being which they look upon will die. 

Despite their horrifying appearance and horrable powers Urisks want to help mortals and for those who can find ways to survive in their presence this is perhaps the most useful of all fey. As Urisks are ancient, as old as the world and they have seen many things, and seem to know every hidden path, and every lost secret. For Urisks have been silently gaurding humanity since its begining, protecting them from a distance, keeping the evil powers at bay.

Combat
Urisk are calculating secritive creatures only entering combat on rare occasions to manipulate larger events. When they do engage an oppenent they do so from the shadows turning their terrifying gaze upon their enemies as a free action before using their shatter spells to destroy their enemies potions and their web to ensnare them.
In combat the Urisks are always moving, striding through stones, jumping and climbing between walls, attacking suddenly and then moving away.
In addition to their formnable abilities Urisks have a large number of powerful magic items collected through their thousands of years of life.

Spells
The Urisks gaze acts as a disintegrate spell against all beings whether undead or living. In addition the Urisks can cast the following spells at will: shield, jump, web, spider climb, invisibility, shatter, detect snares and pits, tree and stone striding (as tree striding through stones)

Urisks gain a +8 racial bonus to using magic items, moving silently, gathering information, and hiding in shadows.
They are also able to speak both the good and evil languages of creation.
