Some of the most magically powerful beings there are, Twlwwyth Tegs will attack those they think are harming their homeland, or are a potential threat to them. They will also attack people on their raids, or on occasion for sport, hunting humans as humans hunt fox.

Twlwwyth Tegs can cause a stroke in any living being by putting its hand in their head and touching their brain. (will DC 25). The stroke causes the person to fall unconcess for 1-2 hours, further any mortal so struck looses 1 int. In additon the mortal must roll a constitution check (DC 25) or loose 4 points of strength and 3 more points of intelligence as will.

Twlwwyth Tegs are also powerful at performing rituals, they are able to dominate humans by causing them to sneeze three times, break or cause greater curses, and use divination spells as though they where a level 12 caster.

Spells
Twlwwyth Tegs can cast greater illusion at will, and can also cast spells of up to level 3, though these are only 25% real. Finally almost all of these fairies  will all have at least two levels of some type of spell caster as well

Half Twlwwyth Tegs

Common because of the Twlwwyth Tegs practice of kidnapping children and replacing them with their own, half Twlwwyth Tegs gain -2 strength, -4 con, +4 dex, +5 int, +4 wis, and +8 char.
Further they all have the powers of a level 1 spell caster either druid, wizard, or sorcerer, and they gain a +4 to saving throws verse illusions and +4 to ritual success
Finally all Half Twlwwyth Tegs can cast 1 spell per day of up to level 3 that is 25% real and once per week they can cast greater illusion.

Twlwwyth Teg Courts

Twlwwyths live in invisable palaces, usually near enough mortals to take the babies they need to replenish their line but in secluded enough places so that it is rare for a mortal to stumble upon their palaces in secret. The Twlwwyth courts exist seperated from the seelie and unseelie courts, prefuring to have their own power. These fey have chosen to come to the mortal realm in an attempt to find and forge their own world, yet they are not naturally a part of the mortal world and so they must constantly mix mortal bloodlines in with their own.
Because the Twlwwyth Tegs are looking for their place in the mortal world they will often envolve themselves in mortal affairs, especially when events are occuring that will have far reaching impact for the mortals in the Twlwwyth's homeland. Occational alliances are forged between them and mortals, normally such alliances are with great wizards and druids rather then with kingdoms, however the later alliance is not unheard of.
