The Boccan is a fairy which thrives upon peoples fears of the woods and their romatasization of those that create such fears. This fairy will take the form of the bandits most common in a region or which have the most tales told of them. Often times the Boccan will follow these tales and poems to obserd lengths, dressing in gaudy cloths, talking in strange accents, and striving for odd goals, such as over throwing the local lord. Saddly they do not actually care if the local lord needs to be over thrown for they are acting out a story, rather then with any real purpose.
Boccans are solitary in that they never work together, they after all must be the hero of their own story. They however will form and lead a group of bandits as whatever stories or archtypes they are immitating would require.

In combat Boccans fight as they live as though they are in a story they laugh obserdly, or roar like a wild beast.
Boccans have the same abilities as a level 10 duelist, or a level 10 ranger, or a level 10 barbarian, depending on their region, and their mood at the moment.

Spells
At will, Mass expediaus retreat, accuracy, jump, suggestion, charm person, speak with animals, mass camofloug
3 times per day they can infuse a weapon with powerful energy. When this is done they strike as if using an accuracy spell, and if they hit their target, the hit is automaticly critical.
