Als are filthy little hairy creatures that normally inhabit dark swampy regions, howeve as they love to cause trouble for all living beings and so will at times hide in barns and other places where they can avoid light and cause pain to a large number of animals and people.
Als are some of the most cruel creatures imaginable, enjoying the tomenting of the helpless and inocent. For this reason they will often place curses on unborn children, which will haunt them through their whole lives.
Although the Al is unable to become invisable they are skilled at hiding and becuase of their small size they can remain hidden for years before detected.

Combat
Als almost never enter combat unless forced, as they prefure to hide and curse mortals and animals from a distance. When corned however the use their long sharp claws and teeth with great effectiveness. Anyone hit with their claws or teeth is afflicted with a Greater Curse (Wil DC 22).
Als can also cast Greater Curse (Wil DC 24) at a distance of 100' three times per day, the effects of which remain until they are killed.

+8 skill bonus to move silently and hide in shadows.
