This spell allows the caster to
give a powerful blessing to
a new born child not older the three seven day periods (21 days). The
blessing
can only be granted however on the 7th, 14th,
or 21st
day of the child’s life.
This blessing can give the child +1 to an ability score, or
a feat, or some other similarly powerful gift.
Cost 300XP, It further requires some expensive gift worth no
less then 1000 GP
