Fairy Spells

Tricks of Fate

Tricks of Fate creates a semi intelagent spell that can be held permenently within a single target. This intelegent spell can as many other spell levels as its caster had (thus a level 14 wizard could place a level 7 spell and two level 3 spells within the Tricks of Fate Spell), these spells are set to be released to create a specific order of events. 

Because the trick of fate creates an intelegent spell it can be used to put into motion a complex series of events for example:
The Tricks of Fate could give the target a -6 on all relationship rolls most of the time, however using the spells semi-intelegince it could also give them a +6 bonus to relationship rolls at the right moments. Further the tricks of fate could charm one target. This is done so that the target first becomes friendless save for a seemingly powerful set of friends such as the noble court. Then at the right moment the charm will break and the effected person will get a -6 stacked with the already negative rolls. Everyone of the other nobles will get a -6 as normal. Finally when pressed by the new found loathing the nobles hold for the target a suggestion spell will be used on the target making him say or do the absolute worst thing they could at the worst moment, and they will suddenly find themselves as friendless outlaws.

The wizard could do the above in order to get the nobles to expend their resources chasing down the wrong person.

This spell by the same token could be used in the same way to help a person.

As this spell needs other spells to work (those it casts during its existince) it needs to be able to use a scroll or some similar one use magic item that the caster has prepared for this purpose. The spell can draw on the power of these items from any distance, however the item must have been designated for this purpose in advance and if it has been destroyed or spent before the spell can use it, it will not function for the spell.
