The caster can tie a fairy into some item or song that an artist or musician (the caster could be the artist) is creating so long as the artist has a skill level of at least 15.

The artist will get a bonus of 15 to creating the item or song, and the item or song will have a Feyrie tied to it. This Feyrie will act forever as the art or song would indicate and will be under the control of the creator, or whoever the creator specifies when they have finished creating the item (someone could use dominate person to get them to hand over the item). The item can also be passed down as an heirloom

If the item is a painting the feyrie will live in the painting and will be able to manifest controlling the paint or as a shadowy or light form coming out of the painting.

In the case of a song the song will last so long as the feyrie does, drifting in the air, though the feyrie will be able to make its sound a faint whisper no more then a foot in diameter or a loud crescendo expanding over a town.

This is a difficult spell to cast as it requires a Faery willing to be tied to the work of art, as will as 300 XP
