Shadow Finder 

 

For a fiend there will always be that deep understanding of true evil, an understanding that can only come from having once been truly evil. The Shadow Finder uses this understanding to uncover evil plots, and catch criminals, fiends, and other insidious entities. The Shadow Finders ability to sense and track evil is uncanny as is their ability to subdue a target they have chosen. For every Shadow Finder not only seeks to end evil, but also to redeem themselves of their past deeds.

Class Skills

Spot, Listen, Knowledge Religion, Knowledge Planes, Concentration, Diplomacy, Hide In Shadows, Gather Information, Survival, Sense Motive
Skill Points at Each Level

2 + Int modifier.

Class Features

All of the following are Class Features of the Guardian of Sevina prestige class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency

Shadow Finders are proficient with all simple weapons


Instant Detect Evil
The Shadow Finder can detect evil to full effect in a single round instead of waiting 3

Locate Evil
The Shadow Finder can use Locate Object or Creature 2/day to find any evil object or creature

Combat Evil
The Shadow Finder gains a +1 bonus per class level on all rolls against evil creatures including damage and to hit rolls.

Evil Legend Lore
The Shadow Finder can cast legend lore on an evil object, creature, or on their work to catch glimpses of what they are. (So if the Shadow finder used this ability on a murder victem they would know what commited the crimel)

Knowledge Evil
gains +1 bonus per level to knowing about some evil creature, item, organization, plot, etc

Planer tracker
Can sense the passing of creatures in the planes and so use its Planer knowledge score to track.

Past Scry
Where an evil act has been commited the Shadow Finder my scry on the past They can scry back in time 1 month per class level.

Track Evil
Gains a +7 to gather information and track rolls when trying to find, or find out about an evil creature or object
Greater Protection From evil
20 foot radius +6 protection from evil

Target Evil
Once Per week the Shadow Tracker may choose a single creature of evil, the Shadow Tracker must know what the creature is and have encountered its handy work.
The Shadow Tracker gains a +4 bonus to all rolls in finding and combating this creature

Sense Future
The Shadow Finder can sense if an evil act is going to be commited near where they are. Anytime the Shadow Finder passes within 50' of a location where evil is going to be preformed they know it. They cannot sense the nature of the act what they sense is the amount of remorse it will cause, and how far in the future the act may happen (it can be stopped and their senseing it might stop)
